The Senior Administrator will be instrumental in supporting the Corporate Governance/Company Secretarial team to deliver high-quality, efficient services to a diverse portfolio of high-value clients. This role requires a proactive, organised, and client-focused individual capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service standards. The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements. Job Duties Act as the primary point of contact for an allocated portfolio of clients, building strong and enduring professional relationships Attend external Board and Committee meetings, prepare and issue meeting packs and supporting documentation, draft minutes, and carry out all follow-up actions Assist with the maintenance of governance documents, policies, and procedures for clients as required Contribute to pragmatic solutions and guidance for clients to help them meet their governance and regulatory obligations Coordinate and deliver bespoke governance or company secretarial projects on both short-term and long-term bases Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including the collation and review of due diligence documentation Review partial services questionnaires and liaise with relevant parties to obtain any outstanding or additional documentation Actively monitor the team inbox to ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries Provide support and training relating to services offered Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism Oversee and quality check documentation prepared by junior team members Maintain ongoing professional development to ensure technical competency Undertake any additional duties relevant to the role as required by the business Represent the organisation at client or professional events Job Requirements A client-focused approach with the ability to build, strengthen, and maintain long-term professional relationships High levels of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters A professional, diplomatic, and composed manner, particularly when liaising with clients in challenging situations Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach and the ability to manage competing deadlines Strong problem-solving capability with an analytical and pragmatic mindset Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, both internally and in client-facing engagements Solid computer literacy across a range of applications
