Customer Services Officer (Personal)

The States of Guernsey are seeking to appoint two new Customer Services Officers (Personal) to join the team at the Revenue Service. These are both temporary and full time positions. The Customer Services Officer (Personal) will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided to customers, both internally and externally. The Customer Services Officer will deal with a wide range of customer queries relating to a variety of issues; for example, changes of circumstances, payments and enquiries relating to tax and contributions.
