Fund Valuations Administrator

A growing fund services provider is seeking a Fund Valuations Administrator to join its dynamic operational team. The successful candidate will support the administration of a range of investment structures, including fund-of-funds, equity, debt, private equity, and venture capital funds. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within the funds industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with all stages of net asset value (NAV) calculations , including reconciliations and fee calculations. Prepare and maintain core financial records, including general ledgers and trial balances. Support the preparation of client financial reports and help ensure deliverables are completed in line with agreed service levels. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients. Review and interpret fund documentation, such as prospectuses, and understand the impact of legal and regulatory obligations on NAV calculations. Respond to day-to-day client queries and ad-hoc requests. Liaise with external parties, including auditors and third-party administrators Desired Experience & Qualifications Ideally, 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within fund administration or financial services Working towards an industry-recognised professional qualification , or a willingness to undertake relevant studies Experience using fund administration systems (experience with Paxus would be advantageous) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel Personal Attributes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated interest in the funds industry Commitment to continuous professional development and completing further qualifications More information about this role is available upon request – contact the team today for further details.
