Fund Administrator / Transfer Agency Team

A growing financial services firm is seeking a Fund Administrator to join its Transfer Agency team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of a range of fund structures, working closely with senior team members to ensure the smooth administration of daily dealing funds. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and gain exposure to multiple aspects of fund administration. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day administration of daily dealing funds. Reconcile client bank accounts and investigate any discrepancies. Process payments to investors and agents, including inter-account transfers. Receive and record dealing instructions, ensuring accurate collation for each dealing day. Support the calculation of front-end fees, redemption fees, and trail commissions. Review, check, and issue contract notes. Process stock transfers and maintain accurate investor records. Open new investor accounts and review due diligence documentation. Liaise with external parties, including auditors, fund managers, and third-party administrators. Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within fund administration or transfer agency. A professional qualification in a relevant financial discipline is advantageous but not essential. Experience with fund administration systems (Paxus knowledge is desirable). Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Personal Attributes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
