We are seeking an experienced temporary contractor to provide support within our Operations team for an estimated 10-month period. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable stepping into an established team and supporting a range of operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and confident working independently. This position would suit someone with previous experience in a similar operational or administrative support role, including individuals returning to the workforce who have maintained strong organisational and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operations team. Assist with facilities management, administration and coordination. Support credit control activities, including follow-ups and record management. Assist with additional operational tasks and responsibilities as required. Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Key Skills & Experience Previous experience in an operational, administrative, or support role Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage varied tasks and priorities Comfortable working independently and proactively Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficiency with standard office systems and administrative processes More information about this role is available upon request – contact the team today for further details.
