We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator to manage fund operations, including shareholder transactions, fund valuations, regulatory reporting, and client communications, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Collect and review shareholder CDD and account opening documentation. Process shareholder deals and check trade orders pre-authorisation. Prepare and review fund valuations (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, Annual) using AcuFund. Review trade recommendations for compliance with investment restrictions and liaise with custodians. Manage shareholder communications, fee payments, bank reconciliations, and dividend processing. Assist with regulatory reporting, FATCA/CRS submissions, and administration reports for Board Packs. Maintain internal spreadsheets, AML documentation, and monitor investment emails. Support auditors, compliance, and project work as required. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in fund administration. Highly numerate with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to meet tight deadlines independently and in a team. ICA or Guernsey Offshore Certificate preferred; fund administration experience essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); spreadsheet skills essential.
