Passenger Service Agent

We are recruiting 4 full-time Passenger Service Agents on fixed-term contracts to strengthen our team for the 2026 season and contribute to ensuring the satisfaction of our passengers. Key responsibilities: • To provide a high level of customer service in accordance with Condor Ferries standards. • To assist in the checking‑in, marshalling and loading and unloading, collection of passengers, vehicles and freight/goods to and from all company vessels. • To assist in the preparation and completion of all paperwork and administrative procedures relating to all vehicle, passenger, freight and vessel movements. • To provide the smooth and efficient processing of all bookings promoting all company products and services. • To deal with any day‑to‑day queries, complaints or problems resulting from a reservations or ports matter. • Carry out any additional duties as required by the company. Profile: • Previous Customer Services experience • Accurate Keyboard/computer experience • Excellent Customer Service skills • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written • Strong team player, Pro‑active and Flexible The Company Condor Ferries was founded in 1964 and initially operated a passenger service between France and the Channel Islands. In 1985 the first service linking the Channel Islands with the UK was launched and since then Condor Ferries has operated a year‑round service connecting the UK, Guernsey and Jersey and the port of St Malo in France. Each year we carry over 1 million passengers and 200,000 passenger vehicles on our services.
