This is an exciting entry-level sales opportunity for someone looking to build confidence, product knowledge and commercial skills in a fast-paced automotive setting. Full training will be provided to help the successful candidate grow into the role. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Supporting the vehicle sales process from point of sale through to customer handover. Acting as a key point of contact for customers post-sale to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Collecting customer information and managing sales documentation accurately. Assisting with finance applications and processing where applicable. Coordinating vehicle preparation, servicing and valeting with internal departments. Being present at vehicle collection to complete paperwork and oversee handover. Explaining vehicle features and controls confidently to customers. Identifying opportunities to offer add-on products and services. Working closely with Sales, Service and Parts teams to ensure seamless coordination. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and highly customer-focused, with strong communication skills and confidence interacting with the public. They will demonstrate good organisation, reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales would be beneficial but is not essential. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to develop within a sales role are key and a valid driving licence is essential.
