Senior Carer

A minimum of 4 years' experience in care of the Older Person is essential, with a related level 2 qualification in health and social care. Were looking for someone to provide comprehensive care and support to elderly clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing, they must be able to manage a shift, complete competencies on care staff and undertake any training required by the home. There will be times when the home requires you to work nights and days to ensure the smooth running of the care home. You need to be a great communicator and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team. You will have leadership skills with the responsibility of supervising care teams to provide high quality personal care to residents in our care home. Pay dependant on experience. Pension.
