The States of Guernsey is looking to recruit HR Advisors (Support Services) who will be based within the Support Services area of the HR Operations function. The postholder will be expected to complete transactional HR processes associated with policies, procedures and Directives. Areas of activity include formal casework relating to performance or conduct; job evaluation and moderation; organisational change procedures; project support and the provision of training. The postholder will be expected to complete such processes in line with the standards set out in a quality assurance framework for HR Support Services. In doing so, the postholder will need to maintain accurate records and databases in line with approved Service Standards and contribute to maintaining the quality assurance framework aligned to support services whilst responding to areas of activity aligned to continuous improvement.
