We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our friendly team. Hours are between 15 and 20 per week, and the hours and days worked are flexible. This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities: Processing and inputting supplier invoices Processing weekly wages General office administration duties The ideal candidate: Will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail Will be comfortable handling financial information Will be reliable and able to work independently Should have good computer skills, including confident use of Microsoft programmes such as Excel Will have experience with accounting software (knowledge of Xero is an advantage) Previous administration experience preferred; construction industry experience beneficial but not essential If you’d like to apply for this position, please email your CV to jo@rcl.gg .
