An independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration are seeking to appoint a Junior Crew Services Administrator. The primary purpose of this role is to undertake the day-to-day administration for all crew employment and payroll matters in respect of an allocated portfolio of clients and yachts. You will need to be educated to A-Level standard or above, with client / customer facing experience. Yachting experience preferred, however not mandatory as full training will be delivered. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.), with good communication skills, written and face-to-face when dealing with Clients, Captains, crew and intermediaries., as well as being comfortable in a fast-moving work environment.
