Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities including guest bedrooms and public areas. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to hotel standards. Protect cleaning equipment and ensure there are no deficiencies or inadequacies. Notify supervisors of any damages, maintenance issues, or disturbances. Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests with professionalism and patience. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace items when necessary. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and be aware of all company procedures and practices. Be willing to work split shifts, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Additional hours may be required in the late afternoon (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) assisting in the laundry and health suite areas. Maintain excellent communication skills, a calm temperament, and a flexible approach to work. Position availability: This position will be available at the end of May 2026.
