Positions available: Assistant Manager Senior Supervisor Supervisor Senior Customer Assistant Customer Assistant These roles play an important part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the stores, providing exceptional service for our customers everyday! Key responsibilities may include: Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of operations Ensuring high standards of product quality, presentation and availability Providing excellent service and support to store teams Handling products with care and following food safety standards Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and priorities Supervising or supporting team members (for supervisory and management roles) Helping to maintain a positive, productive team environment We are looking for people who are: Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team players with a positive attitude Committed to high standards of quality and safety Experienced in retail, food or operational environments (preferred but not essential for entry-level roles) Confident in supporting or leading others (for supervisory and management roles) In return, we offer a supportive working environment, opportunities for development, and the chance to be part of a growing team.
