Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution department on a full-time, permanent basis. This office-based role is ideal for a professional with previous experience in a Dispute Resolution team, specifically aiming to support a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in commercial litigation and be instrumental in providing expert legal support and advice to clients. The role requires an individual who can manage their own casework, assist Advocates during court proceedings, and contribute to the team's overall success. With a focus on strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail, this position offers the opportunity to develop one’s professional skills in a collaborative setting. Job Duties Provide expert legal support and advice to clients within the Dispute Resolution framework. Manage individual casework while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Assist Advocates who represent clients in court proceedings. Conduct legal research and draft relevant documents. Contribute to business development initiatives within the team. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all dealings. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to address client needs. Handle multiple priorities in a flexible working environment. Job Requirements 3-5 years of relevant Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). Fully qualified Solicitor status. Proven experience in commercial litigation. Strong drafting skills and capability to conduct legal research. Experience in managing team members or peers. Ability to work independently while maintaining quality output. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.
