Senior Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Relationship Manager to join their Private Banking division at Director or Executive Director level. This strategic role combines UHNW client portfolio management with a strong focus on new business generation. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Managing and developing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, delivering a high level of personalised service and responsiveness. Providing tailored investment advice in line with internal policies and asset allocation strategies. Driving business development through existing networks and new client acquisition. Identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet. Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, policies and internal guidelines. Contributing to marketing initiatives and supporting product development strategies. Sharing client insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of services. Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience within private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record in managing and growing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients. They will be well networked, commercially driven and able to demonstrate success in business development and client acquisition. A strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and regulatory environments is essential. Candidates must hold a Level 6 qualification (or equivalent). The successful individual will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and deliver a highly personalised client experience.
