Barista/s Required 1 x 35 hours per week - Permanent -Various other contracts available including Zero hours contracts. -Some early starts from 05.30am -Rate of pay £13.00 per hour -28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) -Company Sick Pay (after a qualifying period) -'Employee Assistance Programme' provided to all employees -Paid Breaks -Free uniform -Free meals on duty -£250 bonus upon successful completion of Probation Period The Company: You'll be making and serving drinks, preparing food, operating the till, maintaining stock levels, and demonstrating your product knowledge to customers by advising and making suggestions. STORE TEAM ROLE - BARISTA ABOUT THE ROLE As a Barista, naturally you'll be serving expertly crafted coffee, but there's more to the role than that. You'll be creating moments that linger and experiences that last. It takes a little crafting, testing and fine-tuning to get it spot on, but with your zest for life, flexible approach and ability to read our customers, you'll soon find yourself delivering coffee experiences that are simply unbeatable. Requirements -A valid Guernsey residence - You need to live in Guernsey to be considered. -Right to work in Guernsey document -A good command of English -Team Player -Police check disclosure -Be able to provide 5 years continuous employment history (or education) to obtain a security pass.
