Our client is seeking an experienced Fund Administration Manager to join their specialist venture capital team. In this role, you will take ownership of client relationships while overseeing deliverables and supporting the development of junior staff. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Leading and coordinating the administration of a portfolio of fund clients, including venture capital structures and associated entities. Acting as a key client contact, liaising with clients and third parties to ensure high-quality service delivery. Reviewing and overseeing fund operations including investment transactions, payments, receipts and investor activity. Acting as a four-eyes signatory, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Coordinating complex operational activities including entity setup, regulatory filings and due diligence processes. Ensuring statutory records are maintained and filings are completed accurately and on time. Managing, mentoring and developing team members, including performance management responsibilities. Supporting and leading on project work and ad hoc client requests. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA or ACA, or have significant experience within fund administration. They will have strong technical knowledge of financial services regulations and fund structures, along with proven experience managing teams. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A proactive and confident leadership style is key.
