An exciting entry-level opportunity has arisen within a growing fiduciary and fund administration business. In this position, you will support client administration while building technical knowledge and progressing towards qualifications. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the administration of private client structures including trusts, companies and foundations. Supporting processing activities such as payments, receipts and client transactions. Maintaining accurate client and entity records within internal systems. Assisting with company secretarial matters including preparation of minutes and documentation. Supporting client requests and administrative tasks as directed by senior team members. Assisting with project work and additional duties as required. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, along with good attention to detail and a proactive approach. They will demonstrate a willingness to learn and a commitment to studying towards a professional qualification. Basic IT skills and problem-solving ability are essential. Previous office experience would be beneficial but is not required. Candidates should have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, with A-levels preferred.
