Senior Marina Attendant

The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Marina Attendant to join the team at Guernsey Ports. To act as the supervisor for operational leisure service delivery, supporting the Assistant Harbour Master (Leisure) in the day-to-day operation of Guernsey Marinas'. This role involves acting as a Senior Marina Attendant, covering shifts, and providing supervision and daily direction to the Marina Attendant team. The Marina Supervisor will supervise the smooth running of marina operations, the maintenance and upkeep of marina assets, and the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to local mooring holders and visiting yacht crews. They will work closely with the Marine Services Centre (MSC) team to ensure seamless communication and an integrated customer experience.
