Our client is seeking to appoint an HR Coordinator on either a permanent / contract / temp basis. The HR Coordinator provides first line people support and coordination across the colleague lifecycle. This role acts as a central point of contact for colleagues delivering timely, accurate, and values led guidance while coordinating people processes end to end. Working closely with the wider People Team, the HR Coordinator ensures that people activities, data, and compliance are well coordinated, consistently applied, and continuously improved. The role plays a key part in translating policy and process into clear, practical support for the business. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator who has had responsibility for coordinating people processes and providing first line support.
