Our client is looking for a Temporary Team Administrator to join their team for a temporary period of 6-9 months. This role can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks while working closely with the tax management team across the islands. Key responsibilities will include client onboarding and continuance processes, liaising with clients to gather and review information, supporting financial management activities, and assisting with the preparation and formatting of deliverables. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with confident and professional oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, highly organised, and efficient, ensuring that all activities are completed to a high standard, enabling the wider team to focus on their core responsibilities. Job Duties Assisting the tax department with new client onboarding and client continuance processes, including initial drafting of required internal documents Liaising with clients to obtain necessary information, reviewing it, and passing it to the Client Assessment Team Providing support with financial management processes as required Assisting with formatting of deliverables when needed Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Ability to understand and interpret information provided by clients Strong organisational and time management skills Experience in an office-based role, such as a personal assistant or administrator Ideally, client due diligence experience (preferred but not essential) Willingness and eagerness to learn
