Job Title: Spa Manager - Integrated Wellness & Lifestyle Programme Salary: Depending on experience Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in a similar role within healthcare Location: Guernsey (Town & St. Martin) We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Spa Manager to join our Wellness Community Hub's Project in Guernsey. This role is ideal for someone passionate about holistic wellbeing and committed to delivering a truly patient-centred approach to care. As Spa Manager, you will assess individuals and create personalised care plans, guiding them to the most appropriate combination of services within an integrated wellness framework. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments and develop tailored care plans Guide individuals to the appropriate mix of therapies and services Coordinate with therapists, wellness specialists, and external practitioners Facilitate referrals to registered medical professionals where appropriate Maintain high standards of client care, safety, and confidentiality Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and best practices Our Approach: We follow a holistic, patient-centred model that considers: Physical health Mental health Lifestyle Social factors You will work within a collaborative environment alongside: Therapists Wellness specialists Medical professionals (via referral pathways) Preventive & Curative Focus: Our model supports both: Prevention of illness Long-term wellbeing and lifestyle improvement Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in spa or wellness management Strong understanding of both modern and complementary therapies Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to work within a multidisciplinary, collaborative setting Guernsey-Specific Requirements: Right to work in Guernsey or eligibility for a work permit Please apply only if you are already located in the Channel Island of Guernsey.
