Manager – Investor Services

A leading global company is seeking a talented and motivated Manager to join the Investor Services team in Guernsey. In this role, they will support the delivery of high-quality investor services across a diverse portfolio of private equity and alternative asset structures. Working closely with the Investor Services Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for day-to-day operations, mentor junior team members, and manage complex client and investor queries. They will be involved in onboarding clients and investors, overseeing capital calls and distributions, and ensuring compliance with AML, FATCA/CRS, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fund administration, particularly within closed-ended structures, and a strong understanding of investor services functions. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
