We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade of 6 chefs within our 4* hotel and restaurant kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, well-established kitchen focused on fresh, quality food and consistent standards. Duties to include: Running your own section during service Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard Assisting with daily prep and mise en place Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety Ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes Working efficiently as part of a close-knit team We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a similar role or is ready to step up Is reliable, organised and able to work under pressure Has a passion for fresh food and attention to detail Works well within a team environment Live-in accommodation available if required Email : liam@labarbariehotel.com
