Compliance Analyst / Senior Compliance Analyst

Join a dynamic Guernsey Regulatory Compliance team as a Compliance Analyst or Senior Compliance Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening a robust compliance framework within a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities will include: Leading and executing the compliance monitoring programme, ensuring effective testing and follow-up actions Supporting governance processes, including committee management and board reporting Conducting sanctions screening and maintaining key compliance registers and risk assessments Providing day-to-day regulatory support, policy updates, and guidance across the business You’ll bring at least a couple of years’ experience in a risk-based environment, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset.
