Designed for ambitious individuals, this opportunity provides a direct route into the insurance industry with structured development and real career progression. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Supporting underwriting and insurance-related processes. Assisting with administrative and operational tasks within the team. Developing knowledge of insurance products, systems and industry practices. Participating in structured training, workshops and development activities. Building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to team success. Delivering high standards of customer service. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn and develop within the insurance sector. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, inquisitive mindset. A proactive approach, willingness to take on new challenges and commitment to a structured development programme are essential. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade A-C / 4-9, including Maths and English.
