Align technology strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements. Develop high-level solution architectures for complex programmes and projects. Ensure interoperability and integration across systems and platforms. Act as JT's trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and communicate architectural concepts to non-technical audiences. Establish architecture governance processes and ensure adherence to standards. Assess risks and ensure compliance with security, data, and regulatory requirements. Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on enterprise customers. Drive adoption of best practices and modern architecture patterns (e.g., cloud-native, microservices).
