Play a key role in shaping the employee experience within a leading professional services organisation. This position focuses on employee relations, policy and reward, supporting both operational delivery and strategic people initiatives. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Acting as a subject matter expert for Employee Relations, policy and process. Supporting the development, implementation and communication of HR policies. Managing and overseeing employee relations cases, including tracking and reporting. Monitoring trends and themes arising from ER cases and providing insights. Supporting managers and leaders in handling employee relations matters effectively. Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies. Supporting reward processes, including compensation and benefits activities. Maintaining HR systems and supporting data accuracy and reporting. Assisting with employee lifecycle processes, including contracts and documentation. Contributing to training initiatives and leadership development programmes. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience within HR, with a strong focus on employee relations, policy and reward. They will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or above (or equivalent) and demonstrate a good understanding of employment legislation. Experience with HR systems such as Workday and exposure to compensation and benefits processes would be advantageous. They will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive and professional approach, along with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, is essential.
