Heavy Duty Cleaning Manager

We are looking for honest, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our friendly Team. You should be able to work unsupervised and follow clear instructions. You need to have high standards of cleaning and a good eye for detail. Uniform and Accommodation will be provided. Hourly rate depending on experience along with a bonus scheme every 6 months. JOB RESPONSABILITIES · Managing the Heavy Duty division · Managing Roof wand cleaning division · Training new members of Staff · Overseeing the heavy-duty division · Staff recruitment · Covering others when required · Meeting up with Clients, providing quotes, making sure they are satisfied with our services · Good communication with Heavy duty and Roof wand division, clients, Management team along with working out of hours when necessary · Small maintenance jobs - including work equipment, staff houses and office, etc · Making orders for any equipment and products for Heavy duty and Roof wand division, with Director's approval prior ordering · Any other duties which might help your Directors and Management team JOB QUALIFICATIONS · 2 year minimum of heavy duty cleaning experience or similar position including cleaning duties (CV required) · 3 year experience in a position of Supervising / Managing a Team · Reference letters required on headed paper · English understanding in writing and speaking JOB SKILLS · Ability to work under pressure · Ability to meet deadlines · Ability to work as part of a Team · Ability to work with computers (Word, Excel and Outlook) OTHER REQUIREMENTS · Holding a full driving licence · Commitment to attendance at work Email: cv@premiumcleaning.gg premiumcleaning .gg
