Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front of House Manager at The Blonde Hedgehog, located in Alderney. The role involves overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality guest service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, maintaining service standards, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. The Front of House Manager will also be tasked with coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and assisting in meeting overall sales objectives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with guests and team members Proficient in Food & Beverage management with a focus on maintaining quality and compliance Experience in Training and mentoring staff to maintain service excellence Sales skills to drive revenue and optimize guest satisfaction Strong organisational and leadership capabilities Ability to build positive team dynamics and foster a collaborative work environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred Email: traceyfb@blondehedgehog.com
