Evening Shop Assistants

Contree Mansell Stores is a long established and busy convenience store located in central St Peter Port. It is part of a small group of convenience stores owned by Bailiwick Retail Limited. We have the below shifts available and are looking to fill these with several new staff part time staff members: Mondays 3pm to 11.15pm Thursdays 7pm to 11.15pm Fridays ...7pm to 11:15pm Sundays 7pm to 11:15pm We offer set shifts where staff typically get to work the same shift day and time each week. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit to apply. We would be happy to hear from those with or without experience as full training can be provided. Our pay scale begins at £13 per hour whilst on probation and will rise to £13.50 once the probationary period is passed. Further pay rises are certainly possible and we also offer ad-hoc bonuses - both of which are based on attendance, quality of work and length of time working for us. Bank holidays are paid at £119.50 per hour while on probation and £20.25 once probation is passed. We are also part of the YIP pension scheme in which part time employee can also be enrolled on a voluntary basis.
