Job Duties Bookkeeping and financial administration Client invoicing and credit control Managing incoming calls and client communications Diary and schedule management General office administration including understanding document management systems Job Requirements Proven experience in an office management or senior administrative role Strong bookkeeping skills (experience with accounting software is an advantage) A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Excellent organisational and communication skills A professional and empathetic approach, suited to a legal environment HR experience is desirable but not essential
