An established and progressive fund services firm is seeking a Trainee / Fund Administrator to join its Guernsey team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in financial services to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive, professional environment. This position is designed to give you broad exposure to fund administration, supporting the delivery of efficient, accurate and high‑quality services to a diverse portfolio of regulated and unregulated fund structures. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals while developing your technical knowledge and understanding of the funds industry. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the administration of fund structures, including investor activity, capital transactions and record maintenance Supporting company secretarial duties such as board meeting preparation, agenda creation and minute taking Helping with client due diligence, FATCA/CRS reporting and regulatory/statutory filings Processing banking transactions, payment instructions and basic bookkeeping under supervision On Offer Structured on‑the‑job training within a collaborative and knowledgeable team Support towards professional qualifications such as ICSA or a Certificate in Fund Administration Exposure to regulated, listed and unregulated fund structures A strong foundation for long‑term career development within fund services You should have a positive attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, in addition to possessing good communication and interpersonal skills If you are a team player who is eager to learn then please apply today with your latest CV or contact Marcel on
