Shop Assistant

The Liberation Group in Guernsey are recruiting! We are looking for a Shop Assistant to come and join our Flagship store in St Peter Port, located on the stunning harbour with a huge potential for footfall business. If you have a background in retail management and a true passion for all things drink - we would love to hear from you! This role would suit someone from a retail background or potentially someone from a hospitality background who has a good knowledge and strong passion for drinks. Key Responsibilities: - Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service, helping customers find the right products and making recommendations to enhance their experience - Building strong product knowledge across our drinks range so you can confidently talk to customers and support sales - Keeping the shop well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times - Assisting with deliveries, including unpacking, checking, and storing stock correctly - Supporting the wider team in creating a positive, energetic in-store atmosphere Why Join Us?
