What you’ll do Manage reception, calls, and coordinate office visitors. Support private client administration, including valuations and account transactions. Handle IT-related tasks, such as user permissions and maintaining system logs. Ensure compliance by conducting sanction and jurisdiction checks regularly. Provide treasury support, including Avaloq entries and reconciliations. What you’ll need Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency. Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
