What you’ll need: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong service and people-oriented focus. IOSH Managing Safely certification and familiarity with First Aid at Work. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management expertise. Organisational resilience and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
