Job Purpose To deliver excellent customer service across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities •Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner. •Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. •Serve food and drinks according to service standards. •Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation. •Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly. •Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and allergens. •Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. •Assist in bar service where required (if trained). •Process payments and operate POS systems. •Support events, banquets, and room service operations. Skills & Requirements •Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Customer-focused with a positive attitude. •Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. •Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. •Team player with a proactive approach.
