Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Facilities Assistant to become part of their Jersey Facilities team. In this varied and people-focused role, the successful candidate will support the daily operations of the office, ensuring an exceptional experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors. The role includes welcoming visitors and handling calls via the switchboard, managing meeting rooms and diaries, and overseeing daily reception duties. Additionally, the Facilities Assistant will support postal processes, deliveries, archiving, and general office operations. There will also be responsibilities related to light maintenance, desk moves, and other facilities-related tasks. This position requires flexibility to provide support across the Facilities function as needed. Job Duties Welcome visitors and handle calls via the switchboard Manage meeting rooms, diaries, and daily reception duties Support postal processes, deliveries, archiving, and general office operations Assist with light maintenance, desk moves, and facilities-related tasks Coordinate wet ink signatures and document dispatch for international teams Provide flexible support across the Facilities function when needed Job Requirements Front of house or customer service experience (professional services preferred) Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner Strong organisational and multitasking skills Comfortable using MS Office and office equipment Team focused, proactive, and detail-driven
