We're searching for dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals to join our team. Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage, ideally as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills A passion for fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families Applicants must be subject to States of Guernsey registration Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership About Us Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, with nearly 400 nurseries across the UK and many more overseas.
