As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small portfolio of clients, which includes a mixture of trusts and companies, all under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Trust Administrator or Trust Supervisor. This is a full-time position. Job Duties Ensure that statutory records are kept up to date and accurately maintained at all times. Enter payments and identify receipts as required. Prepare minutes/resolutions of the Trustee/Board for routine matters. Assist with clearing any action points following the annual entity reviews. Liaise with respective departments regarding legal, accounting, and taxation matters. Communicate with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing regarding non-complex matters. Carry out general administrative tasks related to the running of Trust and Company structures. Involvement in ad hoc project work of a non-complex nature. Job Requirements Educated to ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience managing a portfolio of clients. Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification, such as the STEP Certificate or Diploma. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good problem-solving abilities. A good team player. Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
