Senior Cloud Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of cloud and infrastructure support within a local business community. A strong emphasis is placed on technical delivery, problem-solving and client engagement. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Supporting client IT environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environments. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing high-level support. Designing and implementing improvements to client systems and infrastructure. Supporting the modernisation of IT environments across businesses. Delivering reliable and secure solutions tailored to client needs. Working closely with clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Maintaining high standards of service delivery and technical support. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud and infrastructure environments, with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure and identity platforms such as Entra ID. They will demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients. Experience supporting both cloud and on-premise systems is essential, along with a proactive and adaptable approach. The successful individual will be technically capable, self-motivated and comfortable working within a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
