Department Management Opportunity - Gardening Department Le Friquet Garden Centre, Guernsey We're looking for someone to join our team in a key retail management role focused on stock management and ordering for our Gardening Department. This role is all about making sure we have the right products in the right place at the right time - and in the right quantities. You'll be analysing sales and stock data, protecting profit margins, placing orders, reviewing sales and financial performance, and using benchmarking reports to drive decisions. We'll provide full training for the systems and processes involved. What we're looking for: A strong head for numbers and good attention to detail Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on it Able to manage stock levels efficiently and accurately Experience with data or stock management is a bonus - but not essential Manage and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and create a customer centric culture in your department Create and lead commercial displays. Training will be provided. We're less concerned with traditional retail experience and more focused on your ability to manage stock and performance.
