Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members. Job Requirements Proven experience as an insurance broker or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse and interpret complex data. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance practices. Strong negotiation skills and client-oriented attitude. Relevant qualifications or certifications in insurance are desirable.
