Are you an experienced professional with a passion for customer due diligence (CDD) operations? Our client, a highly regarded organisation based in the heart of St Peter Port, Guernsey, is looking for a Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. What you’ll do Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s CDD team, fostering a culture of high performance and compliance. Implement and maintain robust CDD processes in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate closely with various departments to support customers’ onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes. Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery. Manage key stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely reporting to senior management. What you’ll need Experience within the banking or finance sector, particularly in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of customer due diligence and its regulatory implications. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for operational enhancements and risk management. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
