Our client has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Administrator to join their ambitious and busy Governance Services team. This role involves providing high-quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a particular emphasis on client service. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in the full life cycle of clients, including the client take-on process and all aspects of ongoing administration. Job Duties Manage and be wholly responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high standards in client relationships and administration. Gain an understanding of the transactions you are working on, providing technical support and training to colleagues as required. Manage client expectations effectively and nurture valuable relationships. Assist with the day-to-day management of activities, including timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, and managing work-in-progress (WIP) and debt collection. Appropriately delegate work and utilise team resources to maintain expected standards in client services. Carry out other ad-hoc duties as requested. Job Requirements Proven corporate administration experience. Currently hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI). Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software. Knowledge of specialist software (e.g., Document Management Systems and Viewpoint) would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team. A positive and flexible approach to tasks. Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, and people to meet deadlines. Capability to work independently.
