Join a client-focused team managing a portfolio of Life and Disability clients across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with relationship management in a global environment. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Managing a portfolio of Life and Disability clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers and intermediaries. Collaborating with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver client solutions. Preparing and reviewing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Supporting onboarding processes, including AML and due diligence requirements. Managing quote requests and supporting new business implementation. Coordinating renewals, rate reviews and client communications. Liaising with internal stakeholders including underwriting, claims and operations teams. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and supporting business development activities. Monitoring client satisfaction, retention and service performance metrics. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience within a client-facing role, ideally within financial services or insurance, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Life and Disability products. They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with strong organisational and time management abilities. The ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with a range of stakeholders is essential, alongside a proactive and detail-oriented approach. A relevant qualification such as CII or equivalent would be advantageous, and the successful individual will be driven to deliver high-quality client service and continuous improvement.
