A varied role within a trust and company administration team where strong organisational and client management skills are key. You will support both operational delivery and business development opportunities. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Managing the administration of a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures. Supporting the team in delivering administrative and clerical duties in line with service standards. Processing distributions, payments and asset transfers. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries. Identifying opportunities for business development and communicating these to senior staff. Reviewing investment and financial reports for approval. Supporting compliance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Reviewing and improving internal procedures and processes. Ensuring proper governance and internal controls are maintained. Completing continuing professional development requirements annually. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience within fiduciary services and demonstrate a strong and developing knowledge of trust and company administration. They will be qualified or close to completing a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or equivalent and possess strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach is essential, along with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of client service and business excellence.
