This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of marketing for one of Guernsey's most high-profile organisations, playing a central role in promoting the island as a leading international finance centre. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape strategy, lead campaigns and drive measurable impact across global markets. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing marketing strategy aligned to organisational objectives. Leading digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Managing and mentoring a marketing team. Overseeing website, email, SEO and social media activity. Managing digital and traditional advertising campaigns. Analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Managing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across channels. Engaging with stakeholders, partners and industry bodies. Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' marketing experience, including leadership responsibility, and hold a degree or CIM qualification. They will demonstrate strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign delivery and stakeholder management, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful individual will be commercially aware, proactive and capable of managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment.
