Site Manager

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the entire construction project from start to finish. This includes communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, interpreting design drawings, and creating a schedule of works to implement the correct labor and resources. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations, oversee site safety, and maintain accurate records. They will be responsible for directing teams and sub-contractors, monitoring progress, and reporting on site developments to management.
